Description

Finally finished!!! Whoooo! This was a fun one!! :D behold: the remake of my pic "Splinter".
I once drew this as a lesson for myself, as I was angry at someone. It was a great learning phase that God gave me & is summoned in this pic!

"Judge not, that ye be not judged.

For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?

Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?

Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye."

Jesus is holding us accountable for our own faults first, not the other person's. I love Jesus's humor. It's absurd to help someone who has a twig in their eye which can be eventually pulled out, and yet have a 2 x 4 log in our own saying in hypocrisy "hey I'm fine, let me help you see clearly!" lol. It's the danger of judgmentalism vs discernment of our own faults which trip us up blinding us. We minimize our sins, so someone else's look much worse.  When in reality, God hates sin no matter who commits it. I'm a Christian too. I'm a follower of Jesus Christ. We live in a judgmental culture, but we don't have to be like the world at all. We can make judgments yes, but we can not pass judgments because... that's God's job. Good job on the art. You should do more of these, or have you?
